We’re looking for a commercially minded, detail-driven Commercial Analyst to join our growing Print & Media team. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our commercial operations, working closely with Sales, Pricing, Suppliers, and Operations to drive revenue growth and smarter decision-making.

Ideally, this role will be based locally with the ability to work in our Chippenham office at least 3 days per week, but we are open to candidates across the country and remote work, for the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a trusted partner to the Sales Director and wider team, you will:
- Drive deal success by coordinating and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Act as the central hub for Print & Media opportunities, ensuring deals progress smoothly and accurately.
- Analyse pricing, supplier costs, and margins to support commercial decision-making.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Internal Sales teams on deal queries.
- Engage with suppliers to obtain quotes, lead times, and product insights.
- Prepare compelling proposals, deal documentation, and internal submissions.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins and optimise deal structures.
- Maintain high-quality, accurate data in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Contribute to account planning and customer insights.
- Act as a key connector between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Suppliers.
- Drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

- A problem-solver with a solutions-focused mindset.
Skills & Experience:
- GCSEs/A-Levels (or equivalent); a degree in business, finance, or similar is a bonus.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite).
- Experience handling commercially sensitive information with professionalism.
