We are looking for a hands-on and enthusiastic Technician to join our warehouse operations team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in technology and looking to build experience within the IT and device support industry.
In this role, you will help prepare, configure, test and repair handheld devices used by businesses across a range of industries. If you have experience setting up smartphones, tablets, laptops, computers or other technology devices, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and stage devices and handheld technology ready for customer deployment.
- Diagnose and carry out basic repairs on, handheld scanners and other devices.
- Perform device testing and quality checks.
- Install software, updates and configurations as required.
- Prepare devices for shipping and deployment.
- Support the wider warehouse and operations team as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Interest in technology and electronic devices.
- Experience with mobile phone, tablet, laptop or computer setup and troubleshooting would be advantageous.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
