Position: Customer Success Manager.
Location: Chippenham (Hybrid - 3 days per week on site).
Contract: Permanent - start ASAP. Right to work in the UK required.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Success Manager to join our sales team in Chippenham.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling PEAK Technologies’ solutions to new and existing customers in the SMB and Mid-Market space. You’ll work to meet and exceed sales and margin targets by prospecting, building strong customer relationships, and providing complete, value-driven business solutions.

You’ll collaborate closely with our OEM partners, ISV partners, and internal teams to ensure a seamless, customer-focused approach that reflects our One PEAK mindset.

What You’ll Do:

Drive sales of PEAK Technologies solutions to meet or exceed sales and margin goals.
Develop and grow existing accounts while prospecting for new business opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls and needs analyses to identify customer requirements.
Manage your sales pipeline from lead to close, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate CRM documentation.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and account plans while maintaining accurate forecasts.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales leadership and partner networks to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Support sales campaigns, product launches, and territory initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred (or equivalent experience).
1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales support.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
A proactive, results-driven attitude and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and adapt to changing priorities.
