JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE:
To be an integral part of the Operations team and provide a reliable, accurate and responsive service to the business in all aspects of Operations, device software staging, admin of day-to-day activities, device trouble shooting, device repair and associated warehousing responsibilities. To work as part of a team on the day-to-day completion of Operational tasks and activities and ensure a ‘customer first’ philosophy and ensure high levels of service to customers and partners (internal & external).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Stage a variety of customer owned devices with the required software and as set out in the staging instruction documentation.
- Maintain accurate information on outgoing devices utilising the Repair Tracking System (RTS).
- Meet quality and productivity standards.
- Perform quality checks on staged devices to ensure all steps have been completed successfully before dispatch to the customer.
- Highlight any device staging challenges to the operations administration team to ensure any required escalations are managed to resolution.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when staging devices to ensure the work is accurate and complete.
- Assist and support other operational staff and processes as and when necessary.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when checking incoming goods, scanning, and inputting data, ensuring all actions required are completed.
- Support with general warehousing responsibilities.

- Ability to communicate information courteously and promptly and to demonstrate a professional demeanour.
- Possess a technical aptitude, manual dexterity, willingness, and ability to learn new software and hardware configuration and techniques.
- Ability to organise and complete tasks to deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
