We’re looking for a commercially driven and analytically minded Pricing & Procurement Analyst to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing:
You will play a key role in improving pricing performance and supplier strategy by:
- Analysing pricing structures, supplier costs, and deal margins to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborating with Sales to guide pricing decisions and maximise profitability.
- Reviewing and challenging supplier options and pricing approaches to drive better margin outcomes.
- Managing and maintaining accurate pricing and cost data across systems (e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite).
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to ensure pricing remains competitive.
- Liaising with suppliers to secure cost pricing, validate structures, and identify savings opportunities.
- Supporting negotiations and re-evaluation of supplier agreements where needed.
- Producing regular insights and reporting on pricing performance and margin trends.
- Contributing to the development of pricing strategies aligned to commercial goals.
- Supporting audits and ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Driving continuous improvement across pricing processes, tools, and reporting.

- Confident working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams.
- A strong communicator, able to translate data into clear insights.
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to identify improvements and opportunities.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in business analytics, finance business partnering, or similar (essential).
- Understanding of sales cycles and procurement processes, with a focus on margin improvement.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in systems such as Salesforce and/or NetSuite.
- Ability to present analysis and recommendations clearly to different audiences.
- Degree in business, finance, economics, or similar (desirable but not essential).
